Warranty Policy

Effective as of 01 November 2025

The following warranty policy applies to all products with a delivery date from 01/10/2025. All products ordered before this date are subject to a 1 year product and parts warranty.

 

X Rocker Warranty

*This Warranty is in addition to, and does not override, your statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Consumers are free to make a warranty claim under this Warranty. They may also exercise their statutory consumer rights.

 

Note: This warranty applies only to products purchased on xrocker.co.uk, xrockereu.com and authorised retailers that are shipped to consumers located in the United Kingdom and European Union.

 

This Warranty is valid only for products that you bought through our official distribution channels, of which a list can be found on our retailers page here. We also sell our products through other websites hosted on domains that are registered by the X Rocker group of companies and flagship stores established in online marketplaces that are registered under the name of a X Rocker entity or an authorised X Rocker consignee or reseller. We refer to our authorised distributors as Retailers. As we cannot determine the authenticity or original condition of products sold through channels outside of our Stores, we regretfully won’t be able to provide warranty support for those products.

 

What our warranty covers, we warrant the following:

  • The Product you bought will match the description and function of the product listed on our retail channels, or through our Retailer,
  • The Product will be of satisfactory quality and,
  • The Product will fit your particular purpose if we promised that the Product would meet a need you told us about, based on our records.

Your warranty will be valid for the following duration:

*The serviceable parts warranty runs concurrently with the category of product you had originally purchased, meaning you will receive a maximum warranty of 2 years for a standard product, and 3 for APEX branded products.

 

Our warranty starts from the date your product was marked as delivered to your address. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our delivery records for your order. We will replace or repair all defective Products by sending you replacement parts to carry out your own repairs. In the unlikely event that we can’t fix a warranty failure, we will reimburse you the purchase price that you paid, less the amount directly attributable to your use and enjoyment of the Product in question before the non conformance was discovered. We may also accept your request for a partial refund as far as justified by the reduced value of the unrepaired Product if you opt to keep it.

 

APEX Limited Warranty

The serviceable parts warranty runs concurrently with the category of product you had originally purchased, meaning a maximum of 3 years of warranty will be offered for most product types.

 

Our warranty starts from the date your product was marked as delivered to your address. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our delivery records for your order. We will replace or repair all defective Products by sending you replacement parts to carry out your own repairs. In the unlikely event that we can’t fix a warranty failure, we will reimburse you the purchase price that you paid, less the amount directly attributable to your use and enjoyment of the Product in question before the non-conformance was discovered. We may also accept your request for a partial refund as far as justified by the reduced value of the unrepaired Product if you opt to keep it.

 

2. What our warranty does not cover:

X Rocker’s warranty commitments do not cover claims resulting from:

  • wear and tear, or due to the aging of materials;
  • minor deviations of the Products from images posted in the Stores or due to naturally occurring variations in the materials used or manual assembly of Products;
  • improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, or site or environmental conditions (such as environments with high heat, high humidity, high salinity or pollutant gases);
  • Damage caused by excessive weight or force applied to products that exceed the weight limits advertised;
  • use for commercial purposes, including use within an office environment (unless stated as suitable), within public or live events etc;
  • contact with moisture (including, without limitation, due to conditions such as hyperhidrosis or contact with aqueous or organic solvents), thermal degradation or elements that are known to cause a breakdown of materials;
  • modifications or failure to follow the recommended assembly or aftercare instructions; modifications including circuit board manipulation, Use of third party components or spare parts (unless advised),component replacements or any action deemed under the terms ‘hacking’ will immediately void all warrantys, or;
  • abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer or other causes beyond our control. To prevent the voiding of your Warranty, please follow the instruction manual provided.

 

3. How to make a warranty claim

Please submit your warranty service claims promptly. While you are allowed to report a manufacturing defect up to 2 months after noticing the defect, we recommend that you submit your claims within 14 days of noticing the defect to prevent further damage to the Product that would make it difficult to determine if the defect is inherent to the Product or due to the misuse of the user.

 

You must provide a valid order number to verify your warranty. Submit your claims through the contact form to ensure proper handling. You must provide us with a clear description, picture or video of the alleged defect on request. If you refuse to send us the evidences that we need to process your claim, we may assume that you cannot substantiate your claim or have abandoned your claim.

 

We do not have any local repair facilities as X Rocker products are designed for you to easily carry out your own repairs. For defects in faulty parts, we will ship the replacement parts to you free of charge and provide you with the necessary replacement instructions via email. You may replace the parts by yourself or through a third party, but we won't be responsible for any labour costs due to the replacement. Note: improper installation of spare parts, outside of the provided instructions may invalidate warranty. Replacement items are considered part of the original contract that you enter with us at purchase. These items will be warranted until the end of the warranty period for the original purchase which they replaced or 30 days from the date you receive the replacement items, whichever is later.

 

We may need you to ship back faulty parts to us. If so, we will collect the defective parts from you at our own cost.

 

Should you require us to repair or replace an item that is out of warranty, you will pay for all the costs of repair and replacement, however this serviceis not guaranteed and may be rejected at our discretion. Examples of these costs include handling, transport, packaging and shipment charges and customs duty.

 

4. Limitation on transferability of warranties

The X Rocker Warranty applies to the original purchaser only. All subsequent owners of the X Rocker Product acquire it "as is". Any attempt to transfer any warranty in violation of this paragraph will void the warranty. This policy includes all purchases that can be considered second-hand, regardless of product condition at purchase, including products that are represented as ‘mint’ or ‘new’.
