• Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK National Bank Holidays). Deliveries will take place Monday to Friday – weekend delivery is at the courier’s discretion, and X Rocker cannot be held accountable for this.
  
  

Please note:

• Couriers are only required to deliver to, or just over the threshold of your building or property. We do not offer room-of-choice or assembly services at this time.
  
  

• Multi-item or bundle orders may ship separately, and delivery times or couriers may differ between items.
  
  

• We do not recommend using third-party delivery addresses for redirection to another location. If you choose to do so, it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel meets any weight or size restrictions. Once the item is delivered to the third-party address provided on your order, X Rocker accepts no responsibility for any further delivery issues.
  
  

Gifting something? Please be aware our packaging reveals what’s inside. If this is a surprise, consider shipping to an alternative address.

Standard UK Delivery – FREE

• Cost: Free on all orders – no minimum spend.
  
  

• Estimated delivery time: 3–4 working days (excluding 2-day handling time).
  
  

• Delivery time may vary depending on the product type, delivery address, and purchase time.

Same Day Despatch – £9.99

• Order by 11AM (Mon–Fri) for dispatch the same working day.
  
  

• Only available for eligible smaller (1-man) items to mainland UK addresses.
  
  

• Not available in the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27–28, KW, PA, PH, PO30–41, TR21–25, ZE.
  
  

• Items not eligible will be sent using standard or large furniture delivery services.
  
  

Large Furniture Delivery – FREE

• Free day-of-choice delivery available on all large (2-man) items such as beds and wardrobes.
  
  

• Delivered by BJS Home Delivery to mainland UK postcodes (see exclusions below).
  
  

• You must provide an active mobile number – the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date via SMS or email. Delivery will not be attempted without confirmation.
  
  

• Delivery is to the building threshold only – room-of-choice and assembly services are not available.
  
  

• Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days, excluding 2-day standard handling time.
  
  

• Items not eligible for this service will be shipped separately via standard delivery.
