What is Neo Motion Sync and what is it used for?

Can I sync my lights with music or sound?
› Absolutely! You’ll find this feature in the X Rocker main menu.
Is there a timer or scheduling feature for the lights?
› Yes, there’s a timer function that lets you schedule routines to turn lights on/off using preset or custom patterns.
How do I connect my product to the app?
› With Bluetooth and location enabled, your devices will automatically show up in the app. No extra setup needed — they sync on their own.
How many people can control Neo Motion Sync at one time?
› The app connects via Bluetooth, which only supports one connection at a time. If someone’s using it, they’ll need to close the app fully before someone else can connect.
Can I rename the lights once connected?
› Yes! Just press and hold the device name in the list — you’ll be prompted to enter a new name.
How many Neo Motion Sync devices can I connect at once?
› Up to 8 devices on Android and 16 devices on Apple, all at the same time.
Do I have to pick between X Rocker and XR Living modes?
› Nope! The “Choose Your Mood” section just helps guide you. You can switch freely between modes — XR Living offers subtle, homely effects; X Rocker brings bold, vibrant colours.
Can I mix and match X Rocker products with XR Living?
› You bet! These products work together and can be grouped to create your ultimate setup.
Why is my LED light colour not changing correctly?
› Check Single Colour Mode and switch between red, green, and blue. If the colours don’t match properly, adjust the ‘RGB Sort’ values in Advanced Settings.
What should I do if my lights flicker or act weird?
› Make sure all power cables are firmly connected with no kinks, frays, or damage to the wires.
How do I update the app and firmware?
› Check the app store regularly or enable automatic updates to stay up to date.
My app keeps crashing — what can I do?
› Ensure the app is fully updated.
› Try restarting the app or your device to refresh it.
Why does my LED strip turn off unexpectedly?
› Toggle power on/off via the Operate button in the app.

We take your privacy seriously. In doing so, the Neo Motion Sync app is designed to be as frictionless as possible. Features within will not ask you for your personal data, to set up an account or sell information about you to another company.
Neo Motion Sync requires this to determine the location of compatible devices within your vicinity. (Mandatory)
