Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the “Promoter” refers to the company X Rocker UK, the “Winner” refers to the person(s) who has won the competition and the “Prize” refers to the item(s) stated in the competition announcement post on social media.
  3. Details of the competition and rules of entry form part of these terms and conditions.
  4. All entries must be received by the time and date stated on the competition announcement post. Due to the nature of the competition, postal entries will not be accepted.
  5. No purchase required. The competition is free to enter.
  6. Entrants must be UK residents only and over 18 years old, unless otherwise stated.
  7. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  8. The Winner(s) will be selected at random and notified on or after the date specified at the time of entry.
  9. If the Winner(s) fail to respond to our email/phone call/direct message within one week, provide details for delivery, and/or meet eligibility requirements, they will forfeit the prize and another Winner will be selected.
  10. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered, unless agreed in writing.
  11. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable however the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond their control.
  12. The ‘Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  13. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies ad agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
  14. All entries must be made directly by the person(s) entering the competition; no group, mass or software entries will be accepted.
  15. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer, network or software failure which may restrict or delay entry.
  16. The Winner(s) agrees to providing their name, address, email and phone number if requested by the Promoter for the purpose of fulfilling the prize. The Winner(s) also agree to our sharing of these details to a trusted third party courier service for the purpose of fulfilling the prize only.
  17. The Winner(s) agree to the use of their name and social media handle for any post-competition publicity including the announcement of the Winner(s).
  18. Use of a false name or details will result in immediate disqualification and a new Winner will be selected.
  19. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
  20. This competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
  21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.

  23. By entering this competition, you declare that X Rocker UK has permission to send marketing emails related to our products and services. Your details will be the property of X Rocker UK and will not be passed on to any 3rd parties.
  24. This competition is not in any way affiliated with any other brand or business unless otherwise stated. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other channels this competition may be announced on.
